Garden Growth–May 30, 2020
I spied my first Luna Moth this year while doing a last round and watering this evening. I was hoping to get a bit more done in the garden today, but something is better than nothing.

Pondering a notion on natives and non.
So the property already had some non native plants mixed in with the “locals” here before we bought it, and I have since added some as well through both blissful ignorance and two deliberately foreknown sentimental based acquisitions. Mostly been spring cleaning in the garden the last few days and there is still so much to do. At least today I got some seeds in the ground! I will start soaking more tonight.

Thankful for gnats.
The gnats were suddenly back yesterday, and it made me a bit sad and glad which I’m sure a lot of folks will think the latter is a bit daft. So allow me to explain.
