Note to future me #4

Don’t forget to actually utilize the data you’ve collected.  Look over it from time to time, especially if you are doing something similar to what you’ve recorded before.  (Use that search function on this site too for when you didn’t record things in the plantings list that are relevant to whatever you need to know.  It’s easy to forget it’s there some days.)

You’ll be less impatient if you remember maybe you haven’t waited long enough for results because our memory isn’t always as good as we want it to be.

Grape Trellis Project Part 2

I mentioned before picking up some trellis for free that we plan to use for the volunteer grape we found on our property.  (Likely seed brought by birds from a multiple section chain link fence length of grape just under a block from our house.)

My partner suddenly decided at gloaming last night that it was a fine time to put it together.  I pointed out that he’d be drilling the pilot holes and screwing them together in the dusk if he was lucky, and the dark if he wasn’t.  I’m almost afraid to see what it looks like come morning.
