Looking for doghouse conversion suggestions

I’ve mentioned the doghouse that came with the house, and how we have no dog.  I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there, but it wasn’t in decent enough shape to feel good about offering it for free.  (Rot in base and lower sides, shingles are shot.)
